Ever felt stuck trying to create content that speaks to your audience, aligns with your personal brand, and cuts across multiple niches? Here’s the solution that is continuation from the X-Article I wrote in December 2024 : A 10x10 content ideation grid. This framework combines content pillars with tech fields to generate limitless ideas, maximize relevance, and target multiple audiences—all at once.

This newsletter explores how to:

The below prompts and result screenshots are done with the free version of Chat-GPT just to avoid any possibilities of it not working on the free version. The newer models should be able to get even better and more specific results.

Step 1: Understand the 10x10 Grid Framework

The grid has:

  • Columns: Content pillars (e.g., personal branding, community building, content creation).

  • Rows: Tech fields (e.g., AI, SaaS, cybersecurity, web3).

Each cell in the grid combines one pillar with one tech field, creating a specific topic. For example:

  • Community Building x AI: “How to Build an AI Enthusiasts Discord Server.”

  • Personal Branding x Cybersecurity: “Becoming the Trusted Cybersecurity Expert on X.”

Let’s make this actionable right away. Use this and add in your content pillars and audience fields, you can also use 5 × 5 grid for more targeted system and if your content is already niched down:
